press of a button.
- ResPAK allows for quick menu selection with event pricing automatically calculated. Seasonal
pricing structures can be created and automatically applied.
- Function Reports can be printed at the touch of a button and incorporate all necessary
details of the Function/Conference.
- Automated Appointment and Reminder Alerts will assist staff in ensuring that scheduled contacts
with clients occur by the scheduled date. ResPAK Task Manager enables key staff to delegate specific
tasks directly to other staff members.
- Event Reports and Run-Sheets relevant to a range of departments can be produced quickly
eliminating costly double handling.
- Function/Conference Bookings can be allocated to a single Area or a combination of multiple Areas
within the property.
- ResPAK will also manage Functions and Events for off-site or temporary locations.
This enables independent Catering Organisations to take full advantage of the ResPAK Program.
